1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Phoenix Fitness Academy.
By purchasing or using any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services Provided
Phoenix Fitness Academy offers:
● Digital fitness programs and guides
● Coaching services (including ongoing support)
● App-based training and tracking
● Challenges and structured programs
All services are designed to support general health and fitness.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.
By using these services, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in exercise or have sought appropriate medical advice.
4. Health Disclaimer
All training and nutrition guidance is provided for general fitness purposes.
You should consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have any medical conditions or injuries.
You participate at your own risk.
5. Payments
● One-off products (e.g. Phoenix Blueprint or challenges) are paid upfront
● Coaching services are billed on a monthly basis
● App membership is billed monthly where applicable
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services:
● One-off purchases are non-refundable once delivered
● Coaching services are non-refundable once a billing period has started
● You may cancel future coaching payments at any time before the next billing cycle
7. Cancellations
You may cancel ongoing services at any time.
Cancellation will apply from the next billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
8. Coaching & Support
Support is provided in line with the level of service selected.
Response times may vary but typically fall within 24 hours.
Higher-tier services may receive priority support.
9. Program Adjustments
Where applicable, program adjustments are provided based on the selected service.
The Phoenix Blueprint includes one adjustment within 6 months.
Ongoing coaching tiers include regular updates as part of the service.
10. Use of Content
All materials provided (PDFs, plans, resources, app content) are for personal use only.
You may not:
● Share, distribute or resell content
● Reproduce or copy materials for commercial use
11. Results Disclaimer
Results will vary depending on individual effort, consistency and lifestyle factors.
No specific results are guaranteed.
12. Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Fitness Academy is not liable for:
● Injuries sustained during training
● Misuse of programmes or guidance
● Failure to follow instructions correctly
You accept full responsibility for your participation.
13. Data & Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Services
Phoenix Fitness Academy reserves the right to update or modify services at any time to improve quality and delivery.

16. Phoenix Performance Add-Ons
Phoenix Performance Add-Ons are available alongside selected Phoenix Fitness Academy coaching pathways and are currently available for UK delivery only.
Physical add-ons may be shipped separately and, in some cases, directly from suppliers depending on availability.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on supplier stock levels and courier services.
Digital content, onboarding materials and coaching access are normally delivered separately via email.
Product colours, styles and branding may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

17. Returns & Refunds
Refund or return requests relating to Phoenix Performance Add-Ons should normally be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items should be unused and returned in reasonable condition where possible.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Phoenix Fitness Academy as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Approved refunds will normally be processed back to the original payment method.
Some physical products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers and delivery times may vary accordingly.
18. Membership Subscriptions
Phoenix Fitness Academy Membership is provided on a recurring subscription basis.
Where a free trial is offered, access to the membership will be granted immediately. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership and the payment method provided at sign-up will be charged at the current subscription rate.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Members may manage their subscription, update payment details or cancel their membership at any time through the secure customer portal provided.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.
Phoenix Fitness Academy reserves the right to modify membership content, features, pricing or availability. Existing members will be provided with reasonable notice of any material changes where applicable.
Payment processing and subscription management are handled securely by Stripe.
